New Moon in Virgo Pop-Up: Yoga + Sound Bath
Join us in the park for a grounding practice under the New Moon in Virgo. An invitation to release perfectionism, get clear on what truly matters, and reset with intention. We'll open with 40 minutes of vinyasa flow to move stagnant energy and settle the mind, then close with 20 minutes of sound bath to let your nervous system fully rest and integrate. Bring a mat, blanket, and an open heart. All levels welcome. 💫
