When are the live sessions?
Live ceremonies are the tuesday closest to the new moon at 7p central. Expect around 90 minutes.
When are the in person sessions?
In person are as closest to the new moon as we can get. Expect to be here 3 hours.
Will they be recorded?
Of course. We will send out a recording for you.
Can I sign up alone?
Yes, sis! You will be in a sacred community of other women and will meet your soul sisters. We believe that women coming together in a safe and supportive space can create powerful transformations.
What if I want to cancel?
You're able to cancel at anytime if this isn't an energetic match for you. However, if you've purchased a year ahead of time we cannot prorate you.
What should I expect from these sessions?
Each session will be unique and tailored to the needs of the group while staying on theme for the month. You can expect guided meditations, journaling prompts, discussions, sound baths, light language transmissions, energy healing, breathwork and other activities designed to help you connect with your inner self and tap into your feminine power. There will also be opportunities for sharing and supporting each other as we navigate through our own spiritual journeys.

As the co-founder of Sacred Hearts Healing, alongside my husband, I offer a wide range of transformative services, including intuitive coaching, energy healing, group coaching containers, yoga, breathwork, sound baths, sacred ceremonies, and retreats both locally and internationally. MY BACKSTORY
After a decade of struggling to get by, paying rent on my credit card and grinding away at jobs I hated, I hit rock bottom. It was a tough time, but I knew I had to make a change. So, in January 2012, I made a commitment to myself: I would no longer work jobs that crushed my soul.
That's when I decided to take a journey of self-discovery, diving deep into spirituality and exploring the very depths of my soul. It was challenging, but I peeled back the layers of the onion to let my true self shine through.
Fast forward to today, and I'm proud to say I'm living my dream life. I spend every day helping others find their true light and align with their soul's purpose.
